CourseTrackR was created after seeing how much important course knowledge was being stored across spreadsheets, folders, phones, messaging apps—and, frequently, in the minds of only a few people.
Golf clubs are constantly improving and adapting their courses, but the history behind that work can be difficult to retain, understand and communicate. CourseTrackR brings projects, course works, locations, photos, biodiversity records and reporting together in one practical, map-led platform.
Founded by Matt McIntosh and Kate Torgersen, CourseTrackR combines experience across golf course vegetation and biodiversity, strategy, communications and digital product development. It has been shaped alongside golf course superintendents and industry professionals to ensure it remains practical for the people expected to use it.
Our purpose is simple: protect the course, preserve its knowledge and help clubs prove their positive impact.
Kate Torgersen
Kate is the founder of Environmental Golf Solutions and has extensive experience working with golf clubs, superintendents, architects and project teams across vegetation planning, indigenous planting, habitat integration and biodiversity.
Her practical understanding of golf-course environments helps ensure CourseTrackR reflects how projects and course works happen on the ground.
Matt McIntosh
Matt has a background in sport management, strategy, communications and digital development.
He co-founded CourseTrackR to help clubs better preserve their course knowledge, connect everyday work with longer-term outcomes and turn activity into simple, easy and useful reporting and the ability to tell positive stories to wider audiences.
CourseTrackR is developed by Golf Fore Nature Pty Ltd. The platform draws on the practical golf-course experience behind Environmental Golf Solutions, while operating as a standalone product for clubs, consultants and industry partners.
